Cortney McCabe BSN, RN obtained her BSN in 2004 from Aurora University, she then became a certified aesthetic injector in 2014. She owned and operated an independent spa for 4 years prior to relocating to Mahomet. She has attained multiple certifications to promote patient safety and satisfaction. These include: Advanced Aesthetic Injecting for dermal filler and neuromodulators, Skin Pen Micro needling, Sciton Laser, HydraFacial, Medical Grade Skin Care Provider, and BLS for Health Care Providers. She also has an outstanding record for successful IV sticks.

Cortney also works per diem for a nation-wide infusion company providing immune boosting IV infusions to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This position allows her access to the latest IV therapy education and medical advances as well as keeping her IV skills sharp. Her nursing experience includes over 15 years in preoperative, intraoperative and post anesthesia nursing. Her specialties include women’s health, aesthetics, and plastic surgery. She is passionate about her patients and spends a lot of time helping them decide what treatments are best to achieve their goals. Cortney prides herself in building trusting and comfortable relationships with her patients. She strives to enhance her patient’s natural beauty and wellness, while boosting their self image. Cortney is a detail orientated individual with an aesthetic eye. She is always expanding her knowledge by engaging in continuing education, aesthetic symposiums and studying all things medical. She loves her job and is committed to making a difference in her patients’ lives.

Dr. Brett Brechner, M.D.Board-certified as a family doctor, I enjoy caring for all ages and health issues at every stage of life. He is committed to the importance of proactive, preventive care in thwarting disease and illness. With 17 years of local medical practice in northwest Indiana, he has developed a deep appreciation for the community and takes great pleasure in serving its residents. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three sons, as well as engaging in activities such as visiting Lake Michigan, volunteering, participating in mission trips, competing in triathlons, and playing basketball. As a board-certified family physician, he is dedicated to providing care for individuals of all ages and addressing a wide range of health concerns. His hospital affiliations include St. Mary Medical Center and Pinnacle Hospital.

Josephina is a Family Nurse Practitioner who loves helping her patients look and feel their best. She earned her  BSN from Bradley University and her masters as an FNP from Loyola university chicago. Over her career, she has cared for patients in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical units, the recover room, sedation team, pediatrics, urgent care and aesthetics.

For the past 5 years, Josephina has focused on aesthetics and wellness, ensuring every patient feels confident and cared for. 

When she’s not in the clinic, Josephina enjoys spending time with her 3 young children, who keep her life full of energy, laughter and love.

Carrie Cox has been a Registered Nurse since graduating Illinois State University in 2012. She has a clinical background rooted in patient safety, precision, and evidence-based care. As an Aesthetic and Infusion RN at Mahomet Med Spa, she provides personalized, results-driven treatments focused on skin health, wellness optimization, and patient education.

Carrie currently offers customized facials, chemical peels, IV hydration therapy, vitamin and nutrient injections, supplementation support, and laboratory services. Her approach blends clinical expertise with an aesthetic eye, ensuring treatments are both medically sound and tailored to each individual’s goals.

Known for her calm demeanor and attention to detail, Carrie prioritizes patient comfort, transparency, and long-term outcomes. She is deeply committed to continued education and professional development within aesthetic medicine and is actively expanding her advanced training to further enhance the services she provides.

Carrie believes aesthetic care should feel approachable, safe, and empowering—supporting patients not only in how they look, but in how they feel.

Jessica Evans is a proud Mahomet graduate who brings her rich nursing experience to Mahomet Med Spa. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of illinois at Chicago, Jessica has continued to further her education and is currently enrolled at Maryville University, where she is pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Jessica's enthusiasm for nursing stems from her love of communication and her enjoyment of meeting new people. This passion has fueled her dedication to the profession and is one of the many reasons she finds nursing so rewarding. Jessica is thrilled to be a part of the Mahomet Med Spa team and values the opportunity to work alongside a wonderful group of colleagues. Outside of work, she and her husband, Danny, stay busy with their daughter, cherishing family time together and traveling.
